We will refund 100% of the fee we have collected from you if we do not remove more than 25% of all the negative items or corrections we work on, from all three major credit bureaus, within six months from the time our services are retained.

In order for the guarantee to apply, you must have at least four negatives or corrections on your credit report at the time of your sign-up, and you can not have used a credit repair agency nor attempted to repair any of your credit for two years previous to our retainer. Unpaid collections and unpaid charge-offs do not qualify for the guarantee. Client must also send to Meridian Credit Services, the updated reports from each of the three credit bureaus to us within 5 days of their receipt. Note, updated reports should be received by the client every 15-45 days. It is solely the client's responsibility to make us aware if updated reports have not been received.
